Batchglow are powder coating specialists. We offer a wide variety of finishes including:
Polyester Powder Coating
Polyester powder coating is the most commonly applied coating. The hard, abrasion-resistant properties of the coatings are based on polyester resin which is cured at a high temperature, providing a superior smooth surface that is resistant to colour fade in direct sunlight.
Epoxy Powder Coating
Epoxy coatings are based on epoxy resin, they are manufactured in a way which enables the possibility of coating to a high thickness without defect in the coating after curing. Epoxy powder coatings get a good adhesion to aluminum surfaces, and provide a good corrosion protection layer (for indoor use). Most outstanding with this powder finish is the excellent resistance against solvents and other chemicals.
Nylon Powder Coating
Nylon powder coatings are glossy and tough, with outstanding adhesion and superb resistance to solvents and oils. The non-contaminatory nature of nylon coatings lends itself to food manufacturing industries, whilst the thickness of coating enables it to be applied to most metal surfaces. Typical applications are inside public service vehicles, stadium seating and disabled vehicles.
Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating
A specialist finish, fusion bonded epoxy coating is used in the construction industry, a functional rather that decorative finish. This protects the steel from being attacked by chemicals in the concrete poured over it.
Polymer Coating
Thermoplastic polymer alloy coating is designed for the long-term cost effective protection of metals, extensively used in the fencing, play equipment and water industry.

Superior Quality, Speedy Service
Items of up to 7 metres in length are regularly processed, with a half tonne weight limit, and a 24-hour turnaround is available when required.
Shot Blasting
We have available for companies, a 7 Metre shot blasting room. You may not have need for our coating services, but do require large scale shot blasting.
