High Quality Powder Coaters
Batchglow, based just five minutes from junction 31 of the M1 motorway, has been providing excellent service and quality since 1982. Batchglow is a family firm who believe in providing fast, high quality, high specification colour coatings, offering a full range of colours and finishes to fulfill your contractual requirements.
As a 'jobbing' Powder Coater we manufacture nothing and consequently we believe in offering our services as far as possible, fast efficient service with great quality allowing our customers to think of us as an extension of their own production line.
From our Dinnington, Sheffield base we operate a fleet of four 7.5 tonne curtain sided lorries generally covering the M1/M62 corridor from West Yorkshire to Loughborough. These in turn service four conveyorised powder coating plants offering a handling capability of items up to 7 long X 2.5 X 2.5 metres and up to an individual items weight of ½ tonne.
Working Monday to Friday 24hrs we are able to offer a fast turn around for both small batch to large roll out batch work.
Pre-treatments available consist of Solvent vapour degreasing- work is loaded into a solvent tank cleaning the grease and preparing the metal.
Full online three stage Iron Phosphate cleaning.
Grit/chilled iron/ silicate blast cleaning.
Full stripping and refurbishment facilities available.
